Combined Guilds Event: 10-11 Sept 2011

The Hundred of Okewaite, in conjunction with the Herb & Garden Guild of Lochac, announce the 2011 Combined Guilds Event.

Update: The Guild of the Silver Rondel announces that the Bal d’Argent will be held in conjunction with this event.  Dinner (Saturday night) will be a sit-down course, followed by a buffet course in conjunction with the ball.  All event attendees are welcome to stay and enjoy the music, and mayhap the dancing too.

MEETINGS AND CLASSES

Guilds are encouraged to nominate a time for an introduction session for interested people.  Guilds are welcome to have more formal meetings too.

For the Collegium part of the event, guilds are asked to offer at least one introductory-level class, and at least one more advanced class.

Some billeting is available — this may be “crash space”.  Camping in tents is not recommended in Goulburn at this time of year, but is available at Cockatrice Farm.
